Executive Team

The Executive Team at Navin Fluorine International is responsible for steering the company's strategic direction and overall management. This team includes top-level executives such as the Managing Director, the CHRO, the CEOs of the Specialty and HPP Business units, the President, and the Vice President and Head of IT (CIO). Together, they oversee the company's diverse business units, drive innovation in fluorine chemistry, and ensure optimal performance in the production and marketing of refrigerants, inorganic fluorides, and specialty chemicals, while also facilitating contract research and manufacturing services.
