Rachel Pataky

Rachel Pataky brings over twenty years of experience with a primary focus on MEDITECH healthcare IT consulting leadership and engagement management. She has deep knowledge of the MEDITECH solutions and products, a wealth of experience and in-depth knowledge of hospital workflows, departmental requirements, quality assurance/risk management methods/programs and regulatory requirements. She has significant experience with MEDITECH’s READY implementation methodology and is MEDITECH-READY certified in project management. In Rachel’s IT leadership experience, she has created strong consultant service lines, demonstrated effective recruiting/retention practices of consultants, established strong client relationships, and provided engagement oversight. Rachel’s wide breadth of experience has enabled her to collaborate with all levels of hospital leaders to fully understand their needs as well as their vision of success, thus constructing the appropriate fit and mix of skills to partner with the hospital to ensure successful IT engagements. Rachel holds a Licensed Practical Nursing diploma from Brunswick Community College, Supply, North Carolina.
