Sopana Leife

Sopana Leife is currently the Director of Operations at Navinci Diagnostics since September 2024. Previously, Leife served as a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist at Semcon and as Site Manager for Indical Sweden AB from April 2021 to September 2023, overseeing a team responsible for the manufacturing and quality assurance of veterinary diagnostic kits. Leife has extensive experience at Boehringer Ingelheim Svanova, progressing from Laboratory Engineer in Quality Control to Head of Manufacturing, where responsibilities included operations, supply chain management, and implementing ERP systems. Earlier experience includes roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific as Project Leader and Research and Development Engineer focusing on product development in Allergy Diagnostics. Sopana Leife holds a degree in Chemical Engineering with a focus on pharmaceuticals from Uppsala University.
