Jan Ebben is a seasoned professional in vocational education and training with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as the Country Director for Germany at NAVIS Human Resources, Jan focuses on German language and intercultural training for Indian professionals in fields such as healthcare and engineering. As an independent VET Consultant and Project Manager since 2017, Jan advises governments and organizations on vocational strategies and supports program implementations. Previous positions include Lecturer at Otto-von-Guericke University and leadership roles in apprenticeship and skills development at the National Skill Development Corporation and UNESCO. Jan holds an LL.M. in International Law, an MBA in Business Administration, and a Diplom-Politologe in Political Science.
