Louise Crowe has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Louise began their career at State Farm as a Senior Claims Adjuster, where they demonstrated strong negotiation skills and effectively assessed property damage and injury claims. Louise also excelled in customer service by explaining complex policy language in clear terms to ensure policyholders fully understood their settlements. Following their tenure at State Farm, they worked as a Career Advisor at The Murdock Group, where they developed new material and trained clients on career choices and interviewing skills. After that, Louise became a Franchise Owner at Mrs. Fields Famous Brands, managing all aspects of the business and developing training guides to ensure operational procedures and customer service standards were met. Louise later served as the Human Resource Manager at For Everybody, LLC Manufacturer, successfully managing all HR functions for a highly seasonal workforce. Next, they held the role of Director/Manager of Human Resources at Blendtec, where they developed HR strategies to align with overall business objectives and provided advisory support to upper management. Prior to their current position, Louise worked as an Employee Wellness and Benefits Education Program Manager at Zions Bancorporation, implementing wellness and benefits programs. Currently, Louise is the People and Culture Lead for North America at Navitaire, an Amadeus company. Louise Crowe, MHR, SPHR, GPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Utah State University, which was obtained from 2004 to 2005. Prior to that, Louise received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business, Management, and Marketing from Utah State University. Louise also possesses an Associate's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on General Studies from Southwest Texas Junior College.

In addition to their educational background, Louise has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Louise is a certified Global Professional in Human Resources® (GPHR®) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), which they obtained in June 2021. Louise also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, obtained in November 2019. Furthermore, Louise acquired the SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management - Senior Certified Professional) certification in November 2015.
