Danielle Shelton

Danielle Shelton is leading the Talent Acquisition function for Catalyst globally with DEI always at the forefront. She is an instrumental business partner to the Catalyst departments as they work together to recruit top talent to Catalyst.

Danielle has over 10 years of experience working in startups and nonprofits helping them create impactful organizational change. She has primarily played a consultative role within these organizations in areas of talent acquisition, employee retention, HR marketing, and organizational effectiveness.

Danielle has a bachelor’s in Elementary Education from Arizona State University. Additionally, Danielle is the Board Vice President for a local classical music nonprofit in Chicago.
