Gary Dillabough

Gary Dillabough is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in the real estate technology sector. As Co-Founder and CEO of Urban Community since June 2016, Gary has focused on transforming urban environments in downtown San Jose, CA, to create sustainable and equitable living spaces. In addition, Gary serves as Managing Partner at Navitas Capital, investing in technology that enhances the built environment. Previous roles include Board Member at Gordon Biersch Brewing Company, Managing Partner at The Westly Group managing investments in smart buildings and energy efficiency, and CEO of Lunera on an interim basis. Gary's early career includes significant positions at eBay, where sustainability initiatives were developed, and various roles in business development and operations at companies such as Visto, ImproveNet, and Media Arts Group. Gary holds a BS in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
