Marcel Gilbert

Marcel Gilbert has extensive work experience in the field of information technology and engineering. Marcel started their career at Advanta Business Services in 1994, working as a Database Administrator. Marcel then held similar roles at Advanta Business Cards and Advanta Leasing until 1997. Marcel then joined Hay Group as a Database Administrator, and later transitioned to the role of DBA at Marlin Business Services in 1998. At Marlin, they achieved the position of VP of Information Technology and managed various financial systems to enhance efficiency. After leaving Marlin in 2007, Marcel became a Managing Partner at Latitude Equipment Leasing, LLC. Marcel then joined Ancero in 2010 as the Director of Engineering, where they oversaw network operations, help desk, project management, and field engineering teams. Finally, Marcel joined Navitas Lease Corp. in 2013 as the VP of Information Technology.
