Joshua Bayliss is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the renewable and clean energy sectors. As Director and Co-Founder of Navitas Resourcing Group since April 2022, Joshua leads a recruitment business focused exclusively on clean and renewable energy talent. Previously, as Senior Divisional Manager for Wind Energy at PACE People Ltd, Joshua oversaw contract and permanent staffing needs within the sector. Joshua's earlier roles at Samuel Knight International included Divisional Manager and Principal Recruitment Consultant, where notable achievements included winning "Team of the Year" in 2019 and expanding client portfolios into new markets, particularly in the US and LATAM regions. Joshua's career began after earning a BA Hons in Advertising & Business Entrepreneurship from the University of Northampton (2012-2015).
