Hsuan Hao Liu

Hsuan Hao Liu is a Senior Product Test Engineer at Navitas Semiconductor since December 2022, focusing on optimizing GaN power IC mass production yield and collaborating with the NPI Product Engineering team for new product stabilization. Previously, as a Product Test Engineer, Hsuan Hao Liu enhanced production yield and supported external FAB manufacturing initiatives. Prior experience includes working as a Process Integration Engineer at 台積電 from April 2020 to October 2022, specializing in yield enhancement for 5nm/3nm tech nodes. Hsuan Hao Liu holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Tsinghua University, completed in 2019 and 2017, respectively.
