Xiucheng Huang

Xiucheng Huang has extensive experience in GaN devices and their application in high frequency, high efficiency, and high density power converters. XIUCHENG has worked for Navitas Semiconductor since 2016, starting as a Staff Application Engineer and advancing to the role of Director of Application Engineering. In these roles, they have led the development of power adapters for major brands such as Oppo, Xiaomi, and Lenovo. Prior to joining Navitas Semiconductor, Xiucheng completed internships at Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. and FSP-Powerland Technology Inc.

Xiucheng Huang has a strong education background in the field of Power Electronics. XIUCHENG earned their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Zhejiang University, where they attended from 2004 to 2008. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's Degree in Power Electronics from the same institution, graduating in 2011. To further their knowledge and expertise, Xiucheng Huang then enrolled at Virginia Tech, where they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Power Electronics in 2016.
