Andrew Lahiff is a seasoned hardware engineer with extensive experience in battery management systems and electrical engineering. Currently serving as a Hardware Engineer at Navitas Systems since December 2020, Andrew previously held the role of Lead 12V Hardware Engineer at A123 Systems, where responsibilities included PCBA design, circuit simulations, and hardware requirements management. Andrew has also contributed as a Test Engineer at A123 Systems and held various positions in engineering and controls, including internships, which provided foundational skills in data quality, PLC programming, and quality assurance for lithium-ion battery testing. Andrew earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Western Michigan University and has experience in construction leadership through involvement with Habitat for Humanity.
