Dave Ripka

Dave Ripka is an experienced Advanced Manufacturing Engineer with a career spanning over three decades in the manufacturing industry. Currently at Navitas Systems, LLC since August 2018, Dave has previously held advanced engineering roles at Tenneco and A123 Systems, where responsibilities included leading advanced manufacturing initiatives. With a strong foundation as a Manufacturing Engineer at Ford Motor Company, where Dave worked from 1992 to 2006, experience has been built through progressively responsible positions at TRW and A123 Systems. Dave holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Kettering University, earned between 1987 and 1992.
