Riya Golhar

Riya Golhar has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Human Resources Manager and previously holding roles such as Human Resources Recruiting Manager and Human Resources Generalist at Navitas Systems, LLC since November 2019. Prior to this, Riya worked as a Human Resource Generalist at NYX Inc. from May 2018 to November 2019, where responsibilities included managing labor relations, compensation management, and benefits administration. Riya is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Michigan, building upon a prior MBA in Human Resource Management from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from Nagpur University.
