Tim Bensman

Tim Bensman, LEED AP, currently serves as Vice President of Operations at Navitas, where responsibilities include overseeing energy efficiency and resource conservation solutions. Previously, Tim held key roles at ConocoPhillips as Senior Project Manager and Facility Manager, managing substantial facilities during significant events like Hurricane Harvey. Tim demonstrated leadership at CBRE as a Senior Project Manager, securing over $500,000 in service contracts. With prior experience as Vice President at Barrier Technologies and Operations Manager at PlanetReuse, Tim has a strong background in business development and operations management. Early in the career, Tim worked in construction project roles with McCownGordon Construction, Turner Construction, and HENSEL PHELPS. Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and Management from Kansas State University.
