Amy Schmidt possesses extensive experience in customer experience management, with a career spanning over three decades. Presently serving as the Customer Experience Manager at Navitor Midwest since January 1993 and simultaneously holding the position of Director of Customer Experience at Navitor Inc, Amy oversees employee management across multiple facilities, focusing on coaching, mentoring, budgeting, and strategic planning for the call center. Prior to these roles, Amy managed operations at Vanity and maurices, where responsibilities included employee management, hiring, firing, inventory oversight, budget management, and store displays. Amy holds a degree in Sales and Marketing from Mankato Technical College, completed between 1985 and 1987.
