Bob Z.

Bob Z. has a strong background in the pharmacy benefit management (PBM) industry. Bob began their career as a Regional Sales Manager for CVS/Caremark, where they focused on increasing market share with large self-funded plan sponsors and PBM coalitions. Bob then moved on to Health Action Council, where they held the role of Sr. Director, PBM Program Development. In this position, they provided strategic leadership support and was responsible for PBM vendor management, contract negotiations, and program growth.

Bob later joined Mercer HR Consulting as a Principal, assisting employers with their human resource, benefits, and human capital needs. Bob then transitioned to BeneCard PBF, where they served as a Regional Vice President and focused on business development, strategic initiatives, and broker/consultant relationships.

After BeneCard PBF, Bob worked at RxSense as a Senior Vice President, developing strategic initiatives with coalitions, health plans, and health systems. Bob was responsible for creating tailored pharmacy solutions and driving cost savings through technology innovation and operational efficiencies.

Most recently, Bob joined Navitus Health Solutions as a Sr. Market Vice President. Bob works with self-funded employers, managed care plans, and other organizations to provide PBM services focused on reducing drug benefit costs while maintaining good member health. Overall, Bob has a proven track record of success in the PBM industry, with expertise in business development, strategic partnerships, and cost savings initiatives.

Bob Z. has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from Cleveland State University. Additionally, they have obtained a Life, Accident & Health Insurance License from the State of Ohio.
