Cheryl Throgmorton, Ed.D., SPHR, currently serves as Senior Director of People and Culture at Navitus Health Solutions, beginning April 2024. Cheryl has extensive experience in organization development, leadership development, and diversity and inclusion, evidenced by roles such as Vice President of Organization Development at Psychological Associates and Assistant Vice President of Organization Development and Learning at the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. Academic contributions include serving as an Adjunct Professor at Webster University and Western Michigan University, focusing on topics such as diversity, change management, and organizational effectiveness. Cheryl's educational background includes an Ed.D. in Organization Development and Learning from the University of St. Thomas, as well as a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development and Management from Webster University.
