David Simmons

David Simmons, SHRM-SCP, has a strong background in talent development and organizational effectiveness. David is currently serving as the Vice President of Talent Development & Organizational Effectiveness at Navitus Health Solutions. Prior to this role, they were the Managing Partner at Culture Shift Consulting from November 2019 to June 2022. From 2018 to November 2021, David served as the President of SIMROCK, LLC. David also has experience as the VP of Talent Development & Optimization at Mercy from 2014 to 2018 and as the Hawaii Division Human Resources Director at DFS Group Limited from 2012 to 2014. David's extensive career started at Marriott Hotels, where they served as the Area Director of Human Resources for over 20 years, from 1987 to 2010.

David Simmons, SHRM-SCP has attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha and Michigan State University. David has obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in May 2021.
