Hawk Tran

Hawk Tran currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Interim Chief Executive Officer at NAVREF, with tenure beginning in November 2014. In addition, Hawk Tran is the Principal at Sovereign Hawk since December 2019. Previous experience includes serving as an Army Officer in the US Army from February 2005 to December 2017, as well as working as an Epidemiologist at Florida Health from January 2012 to December 2014 and as a Program Analyst with the United States Department of Defense in mid-2014. Hawk Tran holds a Master of Public Health degree from the American Public University System (2016-2018) and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Florida International University (2004-2009).
