John Uminski

John Uminski has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. John started their career at NavSav Insurance in 2023 as the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that, they worked at National General as the Vice President of Sales, starting in 2021. Uminski spent a significant portion of their career at Allstate, holding various roles such as District Sales Director, Field Vice President, Regional Sales Director, and Territory Sales Leader in the Texas region. John also worked as an Agency Education Consultant, Market Sales Leader, New Agent Sales Leader, Associate Market Business Consultant, Senior Human Resources Consultant, Claims Unit Manager, Claims Adjuster, and Claims Processor at Allstate.

John Uminski completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing from Texas A&M University between 1991 and 1995. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Financial Planning and Services at The University of Dallas from 2000 to 2002.
