Dorle Holzherr

Dorle Holzherr has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Dorle currently works as a Team Lead People Operations at NavVis since January 2023, after serving as a Senior HR and People Operations Manager from August 2020 to January 2023. Prior to NavVis, Dorle worked at NavVis GmbH as a Business Development Manager from May 2015 to July 2020. Dorle also gained experience at Kabel Deutschland Holding AG and Kabel Deutschland GmbH, serving as an Assistant to the CEO from May 2010 to April 2015 and as a Senior Legal Assistant - Corporate & Sales from September 2008 to October 2010, respectively. Before that, they worked as a Legal Assistant at Amazon.de GmbH from October 2005 to August 2008 and held the position of ReNo-Fachangstellte and Sachbearbeiter at RWE Dea AG from September 2000 to September 2005.

Dorle Holzherr has pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Internationale BWL from Euro-FH Europäische Fernhochschule Hamburg. Additionally, they have studied Intercultural Management at the State Grid University of Beijing (VR China).
