Nikos Tsapekos

Nikos Tsapekos has a diverse work experience in the field of IT infrastructure engineering and system administration. Nikos most recently worked at NavVis as a Lead Infrastructure Engineer, responsible for managing and maintaining all installed systems and infrastructure. Prior to this role, they were a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer at NavVis, where they collaborated with the development team to ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability. Nikos also held positions as an Advanced IT Infrastructure Engineer and IT Infrastructure Engineer at NavVis.

Before joining NavVis, Tsapekos worked at IBM as a Linux System Administrator, supporting and maintaining Red Hat Enterprise Linux machines for an international banking customer. In this role, they were involved in health checking and hardening the infrastructure in accordance with regulations.

Furthermore, they have acquired various certifications, including AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services, Certified Kubernetes Administrator from CNCF, Fundamentals of Containers, Kubernetes, and Red Hat OpenShift from Red Hat, Linux Foundation Certified Engineer and Linux Foundation Certified System Administrator from The Linux Foundation, Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist from CNCF, and Certified Hyperledger Fabric Administrator (CHFA) from Hyperledger.
