David Moskowitz

David Moskowitz has a diverse work experience in the healthcare field. David currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Medical Director at Navvis, where they partner closely with HMSA to support care management and population health management initiatives. Prior to this role, they served as Vice President, Medical Director at Navvis.

David has also worked as an Internal Medicine Physician at Waimānalo Health Center and Kokua Kalihi Valley. David has experience as a Medical Director, Complex Care Management and Medical Director, Hope Center at Alameda Health System.

Additionally, they served as a Clinical Fellow at the University of California, San Francisco and as a Resident Physician at the University of Washington.

David Moskowitz obtained a BS in Neurobiology from the University of Washington in 2000. David went on to receive an MD degree in Medicine from the University of Washington - School of Medicine in 2006. In 2011, David completed a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) program in Clinical Research and Implementation Science at the University of California, San Francisco. From 2015 to 2017, they attended the University of California, San Francisco for the CHCF Health Care Leadership Program but did not specify a field of study. David Moskowitz is also a Board Certified in Internal Medicine, awarded by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
