Kyla Webber

Kyla (Murphy) Webber currently serves as a Real Estate Acquisition Manager at Navy Federal Credit Union since June 2025. Prior to this role, Kyla was employed at Dollar Tree Stores from February 2021 to May 2025, holding positions as both Real Estate Manager and Real Estate Portfolio Manager. Experience also includes an Associate role at Colliers International from March 2020 to January 2021 and a Real Estate Analyst position at Lidl US from March 2019 to March 2020. Earlier in the career, Kyla worked as an Associate at Rittenhouse Retail from June 2018 to February 2019. Kyla holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and International Business from Saint Joseph's University, attended The American University of Rome in 2016, and completed studies there.
