Michael Kurtzke

Michael Kurtzke possesses extensive experience in workforce management and operational analytics, currently serving as the Assistant Manager Security at Finance since August 2023. Previously, Michael held multiple roles at Navy Federal Credit Union from March 2016, including Assistant Manager Card Fraud Prevention and Supervisor Card Fraud Prevention Operations, alongside responsibilities as a Business Operations Analyst, where insights into staffing and space planning for the Contact Center were provided. Earlier career roles include Manager Workforce Management at Sprint, and workforce forecasting and analysis at Clearwire. Michael holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from Pensacola Junior College and a Computer Programming Certificate from Okaloosa Walton State College.
