Raju Bodapati

Raju (Venkata) Bodapati is a seasoned data engineering professional with extensive experience in leading enterprise data projects, particularly in cloud-based environments. Currently serving as Lead Data Engineer at Navy Federal Credit Union since August 2013, Raju specializes in data warehouse development, compliance projects, and AI/ML integration architecture. Raju’s previous roles include Data Integration Lead at Navy Federal, where efforts focused on ETL architecture and performance tuning, and leadership positions at CapTech Ventures Inc., SPQA Examiners, and VisualSoft Technologies Ltd. Raju also co-founded the Richmond Software Process Improvement Network and held a role as Board Member and VP of Education for DAMA CV. Educational qualifications include an M.Eng. in Engineering Management from Penn State University, a certification in Software Six Sigma Blackbelt, and multiple degrees in engineering disciplines.
