Donald Nisbett

Donald Nisbett serves as the Director of Military Affairs and Facilities and Director of Strategy at Navy Mutual Aid Association since October 2021, focusing on corporate strategic initiatives. Previously, Nisbett held the position of Commanding Officer and Professor of Naval Science at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where infrastructure for a new Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps (NROTC) unit was established. Nisbett's extensive experience in the US Navy over three decades culminated as Captain, encompassing diverse leadership roles, including Director for Officer Development at Naval Service Training Command and Commander of Training Air Wing TWO. Nisbett's academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Wake Forest University.
