Sophie Desormiere is currently the CEO at NAVYA. Sophie has previously worked as the Gentherm, Solvay, ESCP Europe, and AALPS Capital. At Valeo Climate Control, they were the Branch Marketing and Innovation Director where they were in charge of air conditioning systems and human machine interface. Some of their responsibilities included leading the coordination of a ten-year technological development plan, gathering market intelligence, and conducting benchmarking of competitors.
Sophie Desormiere has a PMD from Harvard Business School, a master engineering degree from Chimie ParisTech - PSL, and a certification from the Autorite des Marches Financiers. Sophie also has a DESS in elastomers from IFOCA-ESICA and a master's in chemistry from Pierre and Marie Curie University.
