Vicky Young, MBA CPM, currently serves as the National Marketing and Communications Manager at the National Association of Women in Construction (Australia National) since June 2022, advocating for and empowering women in the construction industry. Vicky also functions as an Academic Tutor at RMIT University and holds the position of Chief Marketing Officer at V | CMO, specializing in comprehensive marketing strategies. In addition, Vicky is a Co-Managing Director at Building Evolution Pty Ltd, Marketing Director for SMART MOVE APP, and holds multiple non-executive director roles, including at The Band and Next Address, where governance and marketing strategies are key responsibilities. Vicky's previous experience includes serving as a Strategic Advisor for Women into Leadership and as a Business Mentor at the iGen Foundation. Vicky's educational background features a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Deakin University and ongoing studies in Building & Construction at the Trade Institute of Victoria.
