Fayza Riad-ElDalati has over 18 years of professional experience. Fayza began their career in 2002 as a Business Operations Lead at Supply Trading. In 2003, they joined LOGIC Management Consulting as an Associate Consultant and was promoted to Consultant and then Senior Consultant. In 2010, they joined Vodafone as a Learning & Capability Development Senior Supervisor and was subsequently promoted to Manager, Senior Manager, and then Heading Organization Effectiveness & Change. In 2018, they were appointed as the Chief Strategy Officer at INERTIA EGYPT. In 2022, they were appointed as the Chief Strategy Officer at HOF Studio and Nawy, and as a Board Member at INJAZ Egypt.
