Nada Emad

Nada Emad currently serves as the People Partners and Engagement Senior Manager at Nawy, where responsibilities include leading the people partners team, managing headcount and expansion plans, and overseeing departmental budgets and spending. Previously, Nada established and led the People and Culture department at Nawy, facilitating substantial employee growth from 20 to 700. Prior experience includes roles as an HR Generalist at Deraya Insurance Brokerage, Employee Experience Senior Specialist and Learning and Development Specialist at Union Group, and program management positions at Qeyada Foundation and INJAZ Egypt. Nada began a career in human resources with internships at Schneider Electric and Scotiabank, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in General Management Technology from The German University in Cairo.
