Lyn Falconio

Lyn Falconio currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors and leader of Fertility and Women's Health Business Initiatives at NAYA Biosciences since January 2024. Prior to this role, Lyn held the position of Executive Engagement Lead at Publicis Health from April 2021 to July 2024, where leadership of a team of capability experts supported business transformation for leading pharmaceutical companies. Lyn's extensive experience at Publicis Health also includes serving as Chief Marketing Officer, where strategic direction for global marketing and corporate communications was defined, and as EVP of Worldwide Business Development, focusing on innovative practices and global growth. Earlier roles include EVP of Client Services at Grey Healthcare Group and strategic positions at Softwatch, Harrison Star/Harrison Wilson Associates, and Lewis and Gace. Lyn earned degrees in International Relations from Trinity College and in International Business and Economics from the University of Rochester.
