Brian F. is an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in grants and contracts management, real estate financial oversight, and accounts payable and receivable operations. Currently serving as a Grants and Contracts Accountant at NAYA Family Center, Brian ensures the accuracy of contract budgets, manages invoicing, and assists in developing annual budgets related to contracts and grants. Previously, Brian managed $30 million in cash for Winkler Development Corporation and oversaw financial activities for 90 residential properties at Ballast Investments. Brian holds an Accounting Certificate from UC Berkeley Extension and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from San Francisco State University.

The Native American Youth and Family Center in Portland, Oregon, works to enrich the lives of our Native youth and families through education, community involvement, and culturally specific programming. We have provided educational services, cultural arts programming, and direct support to reduce poverty to the Portland metropolitan area's American Indian and Alaska Native community for over 40 years.
