Roberto Fernández del Castillo has a long and varied work experience. Roberto began their career in 2007 as a Vehicle Testing Intern at FCA Latam (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles). Roberto then moved to A.T. Kearney in 2009, where they held the positions of Business Analyst Intern, Business Analyst, and Sr. Business Analyst. In 2013, they joined Uber, where they held the roles of Operations and Logistics Manager - Mexico City, Sr. Operations and Logistics Manager - Mexico City, General Manager - Mexico City & Central Mexico, Head of National Operations - Mexico, and Head of Shared Rides - Latin America. In 2019, they became General Manager - Mexico at Sonder Inc. In 2020, they were appointed Board Member at Curatech. In 2021, they took on the role of Vice President of Operations at Conekta. Finally, in 2022, they became Co-Founder at Naya Homes.
Roberto Fernández del Castillo attended Colegio Vista Hermosa from 1991 to 2005, where they completed their elementary and high school education. Roberto then attended Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a B.S. in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
