Smadar Peled

Smadar Peled is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and training management. Currently serving as Senior Director of BU Operations at Naya Tech (EPAM) since 2018, Smadar has also held the position of VP of Training at NAYA Technologies since August 2011. Prior to these roles, Smadar worked as a Sales Manager at Empowerment Software Solutions from December 2009 to August 2011 and at SRL Software Solutions LTD from January 1999 to January 2008. Smadar began a career in training and development at Sivan Computers from February 1995 to February 1998, focusing on user training and training trainers.
