Vineet Srivastava

Vineet Srivastava serves as the CFO of Nayara Energy, a position held since June 2009, where responsibilities include international fundraising, treasury management, accounting, audit, tax functions, and stakeholder relations. Prior leadership roles include Director & General Manager, overseeing business operations in Singapore and strategic execution, as well as Head of Finance Strategy, where Vineet led significant international fundraising initiatives. With a strong background in Corporate Finance, Vineet has managed large-scale transactions, notably the US$ 12.9 billion sale of Essar Oil. Vineet's educational background includes an MBA in Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and an Engineer's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute Of Technology, Jamshedpur. Previous experience includes roles at Tata Consultancy Services and a summer internship at Idea Cellular Ltd.
