Vishal Saxena

Vishal Saxena has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Their most recent position was as the Head of Retail Compliance, HSE, and Training at Nayara Energy, where they began in May 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Reliance BP Mobility Limited as the AVP-Track Lead Network Development and Head of Real Estate from January 2020 to May 2021. Vishal also held the role of State Head at Reliance Industries Limited from March 2019 to December 2019. From 2002 to 2015, they served as the State Business Development Manager at Reliance Industries Ltd. Vishal began their career at Hindustan Lever Ltd in 1999 as a Territory Sales Incharge in the Detergent Division, and prior to that, they worked as a Sales Officer at Vam Organic Chemicals Ltd from 1998 to 1999.

Vishal Saxena holds an MBA degree in Marketing & Finance from Doctor Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya, which they obtained from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science degree in Mathematics from Kanpur University between 1994 and 1996. Vishal also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics from Christ Church College, Kanpur, which they completed from 1991 to 1994. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Inclusive Leadership and Leading with Innovation from LinkedIn in 2020.
