Betzalel Mordachai

Betzalel Mordachai has over 20 years of experience in the software industry. Betzalel is currently serving as the CTO of Nayax Retail since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked at UPITec Software for a period of almost 15 years, starting as a Software Engineer in February 2005 and later becoming the CEO in May 2011. Before UPITec Software, Betzalel worked at Formula Retail Solution as a Software Development Team Lead from April 2001 to January 2005, and as a Software Engineer from May 1999 to March 2001. Betzalel also served as a Lecturer at Netanya Academic College in the year 2000.

Betzalel Mordachai obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Netanya Academic College from the years 1998 to 2001. Following this, they pursued further education and earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Science from The Open University of Israel starting from 2002.
