Hamad al-Khaldi

Hamad Al-Khaldi serves as the Head of Collection and Recovery for Retail & SME at Nayifat Finance Company since February 2025. Prior roles include Director of Collection and Recovery at Al Rajhi Bank, where responsibilities included managing retail and small business portfolios, enhancing recovery metrics, and overseeing daily operations. Hamad has also held the position of Executive Manager of In-House Collection, focusing on portfolios for mortgages, car leasing, loans, and credit cards, while successfully maintaining low delinquency and loss rates. Previously, Al-Khaldi was the Head of Collection & Recovery at EMKAN, managing various teams and optimizing the collection process. Early career experience includes in-house collection and recovery at Arab National Bank. Hamad holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from King Faisal University.
