Dean Henderson

Dean is a qualified tradesman who moved to New Zealand in 2011 before joining Naylor Love as Auckland Health & Safety Manager in 2013.

Dean was appointed as the General Manager – Health & Safety in 2021. In this role, he is responsible for developing the processes and creating consistency across the organization. ​He is passionate about working with the staff and supply chain to enhance health and safety outcomes across the construction sector.
