Elaine Ngan

Elaine Ngan has a diverse work history spanning over two decades. Elaine began their career as a Property Manager at State Insurance in 1998, where they worked until 2000. Elaine then moved on to Prime Property Group, serving as a Facilities Manager from 2007 to 2008. In 2009, they joined Capital & Coast District Health Board as a Project Manager and remained in that role until 2017. During this time, they acquired valuable experience in project management.
