Glyn Hodgson

Glyn Hodgson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Glyn started their career in 1986 as the Managing Partner of Hodgson Design & Build, where they focused on residential and commercial building projects. During this time, they also served on the executive board of the Waikato Master Builders Association and contributed to the House of the Year competition.

In 1995, Glyn transitioned to a role as a Lead Sales Consultant at Fletcher Homes Waikato, where they helped customers navigate the home ownership process and collaborated with draughting technicians and engineers to create design strategies.

From 1998 to 2002, Glyn worked as a Regional Service Officer at BCITO, where they facilitated apprenticeships and collaborated with stakeholders in the building and construction industry. Glyn played a role in reviewing unit standards and contributed to the development of qualifications in specific trades.

In 2002, Glyn became the Managing Director of Harmony Investments 2002 Ltd, where they owned and managed the Renovation Masters Franchise in the Waikato Region. Currently, Glyn works as a Senior Site Manager at Naylor Love. Glyn is leading the Cambridge Community Pool Upgrade project, which includes the construction of new indoor pools, spa, sauna, and outdoor splash pad, as well as the upgrade of an existing concrete pool.

Throughout their career, Glyn has gained extensive experience in project management, stakeholder collaboration, and construction expertise.
