William Peng

William Peng is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the tech and venture capital sectors. Currently serving as GM at Nayya since September 2025, William previously co-founded and held the role of CEO at Northstar from November 2016 until its acquisition by Nayya in 2025. Prior to this, William was a General Partner at Red Swan Ventures, overseeing investments in notable companies such as Warby Parker and Coinbase. Additional experience includes roles at Raptor Capital Management as a Senior Associate, and product-related positions at Drop.io and Hot Potato, both of which were acquired by Facebook. William began a career in venture capital as an Analyst at RRE Ventures and gained early exposure to the industry as an Intern at BDMI. William holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Operations Research and Financial Engineering from Princeton University.
