Yuliya Shapovalova

Yuliya Shapovalova is a seasoned legal and business professional with extensive experience across various roles, currently serving as the Head of Kyiv Office and corporate counsel at NAZALI Tax & Legal Services since April 2023. Yuliya is also the Chief Executive Officer at a financial consulting firm since July 2024, focusing on financial regulations, fintech, and investments. Previously, Yuliya held the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer at A.D.A.M. since August 2020, and as a Partner at Digital Lawyers since February 2019, specializing in business tokenization and fundraising legal support. Additionally, Yuliya was the CEO of Spec Industry from December 2012 to 2022, overseeing green energy projects, and served as a Legal Advisor at My Power Farm in 2019. Early career roles include Chief Development Officer for an IT project in 2018 and a financial analyst at RODELER LIMITED. Yuliya holds a Specialist degree in civil law and process from Donetsk National University, earned from 2006 to 2011.
