David Byass

David Byass is a dedicated music educator and performer with experience spanning multiple institutions. As a full-time Music Teacher at Prince George's County Public Schools since August 2015, David instructs Music Survey at Parkdale High School, introducing students to fundamental musical concepts and diverse musical styles. David also serves as a Church Musician at Community of Hope SDA Church and Nazareth Baptist Church, where responsibilities include playing piano for services and facilitating rehearsals. Previously, David contributed as a Church Musician at Bethel World Outreach International and directed the band at Sligo Adventist School, guiding students in beginner and middle school bands. David holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Performance and Music Education from Washington Adventist University.
