Marta Roa is currently working as a Customer Success Specialist Technical Support L2 Geo at nazaríes intelligenia since October 2019. Prior to this, Marta held various roles at NGA Human Resources from July 2015 to October 2019, including Senior Payroll Vendor Coordinator & SPOC, Vendor Coordinator, Talent Management System Tier 2, and Multilingual Customer Care Advisor. Marta also worked as a Guía / Gestora Cultural at Palacio de los Olvidados from November 2014 to June 2015, and as an Agente turístico at Play Granada from April 2013 to October 2014. Marta has a background in tourism, language teaching, and project management, with degrees in Russian, Tourism, and English Philology from various universities.
