Natalia Aller

Natalia Aller, MHRM, possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Manager, Talent Acquisition Lead at the National Basketball Association (NBA) since March 2021. Previous roles at the NBA include Associate Manager, Technical Recruiter, Lead Talent Acquisition Coordinator, and Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Prior to joining the NBA, Natalia held internships at ViacomCBS Streaming as a Learning and Development Intern and Employee Experience Intern, and at LDJ Productions as an Event Production Intern, along with a Hospitality Intern position at Paige Hospitality Group. Natalia holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Hofstra University and a Bachelor's degree in Management from Pace University.
