Michelle Fong

Michelle Fong is a dedicated production assistant at NBC Bay Area since February 2024, where responsibilities include operating Mediator to ingest and edit recordings, ensuring content is formatted and prepared for distribution, and participating in a weekly writing class. Previously, as a production intern, Michelle operated teleprompter systems and gained coding proficiency in the Ross Overdrive System to improve production workflows. Additionally, Michelle interned at BAY AREA METRO RADIO, developing radio show programs and honing audio editing skills. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies with a minor in Advertising from the University of San Francisco, completed in December 2023.
