Rajnish Kumar Jha

Rajnish Kumar Jha is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles since 2011. As the Founding Partner of Actus Legal Associates & Advocates since August 2016, Rajnish has led a full-service law firm in New Delhi, providing affordable legal and advisory solutions. Additionally, Rajnish serves as Panel Counsel for NBCC (India) Limited, Hindustan Steelworks Construction Limited, and the Sports Authority of India, representing these organizations before different legal forums. Prior experience includes practicing independently in the Supreme Court and High Court, and working as an Associate Advocate at Bhachawat Associates. Rajnish's educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws from the Campus Law Centre, a Parliamentary Fellowship Programme from The Institute of Constitutional and Parliamentary Studies, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Moti Lal Nehru College.
